The Company
The company business was established in the year of 1977 as an injection mould manufacturer. Later, the business was expanded into plastic injection sector for the manufacture of plastic closures (both plastic flip top closures & normal screw on closures.) Through our close network connections with our blow moulding customers; our closures were supplied to esteemed MNC organizations in the toiletries & personal care industries.
In view of the rapid changes in the market, we began to offer a one-stop packaging solution to meet customer’s needs. In 2003, the business again expanded into the blow moulding sector specializing in the manufacturing of High-density polyethylene (HDPE) & Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles. In line with the vast business expansion, our company name was changed to Mayplas Packaging Sdn Bhd.
Besides offering the standard bottles & closures, we do provide custom made moulding to tailor make plastic bottles & closures based on customers preferred design & size. We have the expertise to develop with customers from design concept to 2D & 3D technical drawing, mockup right to final product, namely bottles and closures for customers to run their independent testing & approval.
At Mayplas, we consistently conduct quality testing for every batch of bottles & closures manufactured to ensure products supplied to customers meet with the required standard and assuring customer’s satisfaction.
As a One Stop Total Packaging Solutions Provider, the sticker labeling, printing & shrink wrapping on bottles as well as hot stamping on closures are some of our value added service to customer. This solution offers to ease customer the supplier sourcing process thereby reducing the risk of contaminations. As a testament of our dedication to quality service, Mayplas Packaging Sdn Bhd has been awarded the SGS Certified since 30th January 2007.
